An artisan bar of creamy white couverture chocolate scattered with gently dried and crushed natural raspberries. Iain uses pure "blonde" white chocolate which contains a high percentage of superior quality cocoa butter so less sugar is needed. This gives it an exceptionally creamy flavour and texture, without being sickly sweet.
