A kitchen cupboard staple, this dark Belgian chocolate has been finely grated to create "flakes" that are easy to melt for use in making hot chocolate - exactly to your personal taste, strength and thickness. Also ideal for sprinkling on desserts, using in sauces, baking and cooking. Mix with White Hot Chocolate for an even creamier taste.

YUM!!! We have learned to order 3-4 pouches at a time in order to have enough on hand. It would be wonderful if it came in larger sizes.
