The order was placed on Jan. 12. It was delivered on Jan. 26. There was no information about the use by date at the time of shopping at the website. At no point when placing my order was I informed about the use by date. The product arrived only 13 days before "use by date". Providing "use by date" at the website is a very basic thing many businesses that respect their clients and themselves do. Having such a short shelf life is uncommon, I had no reason to suspect it was intended for immediate use when ordering. I was going to give this product as a gift at the end of February. Turns out, just like with the other item from the previous order, I wasted my money, time, and now I have to look for an alternative gift. I contacted customer service for a refund, but my email has been ignored. Very disappointing. Providing this basic information at the product page would have saved me resources I had no intention of wasting.

Bought these for two sets of friends - delivered on 23rd and they opened them on 25th. Nice way to celebrate Robbie.

I ordered the Burns selection for my son and daughter-in law, who celebrate their wedding anniversary on 25th January. They are knowledgeable on all matters chocolate and have previously enjoyed your chocolates on dikfferent "occasions". However, I have never heard them wax so lyrical before. According to them, this has been the best selection ever! "Amazing", they said. Thank you.

I have loved all the chocolate I have tasted from the Highland Chocolatier and am thinking of setting myself up for a monthly mailing. Meanwhile I will be back any minute with orders for two friends who have birthdays near Valentines Day
