Look stunning - confusion over gluten free

I chose your company after a search for posh gf chocolate and then chose these because they were listed as gluten free. Horrified to see gluten on the label. After a call, was reassured that there isn't gluten in the actual product despite the labelling but that's not helpful for poor coeliacs who rely on labelling for accurate recording of allergens. Why not simply do away with the odd product you sell that has gluten and make the whole range gf? There is a big gap in the market for really posh , totally safe chocolate. It could be your USP.

Amazing chocolates

The chocolates speak for themselves, totally amazing.
My observation is when your finance director asked to cut costs, don't reduce the quality of the packaging.
If I'm going to spend a little extra for wonderful pralines then I'm happy to pay a bit extra for them to be presented in a special box.
