Solid chocolate bar but could be better

The chocolate is nice & it's good quality but the percentage could be higher as I hoping for a bit of bitterness & a smack of ginger but the flavour is there

I love the artisan chocolate bars and a little piece satisfies because the quality is so good. So a a bar lasts a long time if you decide not to share it.

I love this combination of dark chocolate and ginger.
