Each piece has been "enrobed" or delicately covered in a paper thin layer of either Iain's signature São Tomé single origin dark chocolate, or couverture milk chocolate with natural notes of caramel before being decorated with a colourful cocoa-butter design.

The box was excellent and beautiful as last time I recieved my order. They came with only 2 chocolates damaged because of the heat in the US.
