A curated collection of Iain Burnett's Award Winning Velvet Truffles and Pralines. Each piece has been "enrobed" or delicately covered in a paper thin layer of either Iain's signature São Tomé single origin dark chocolate, or couverture milk chocolate with natural notes of caramel before being decorated with a colourful cocoa-butter design.

Turkish Delight

Turkish Delights were a present. I was told the first one was very nice. However, a few after that could have done with a stronger Turkish Delight taste!
